hello since the update 1.16.100 it is impossible for us to display the scoreboard in the "list" (in the start menu) we carry out the command, it is validated and no error message has been detected. we tried to put the command in a command block, in repetition always active, that does not change anything. the scoreboard is displayed correctly in the sidebar and above the player's name but not in the list. of course we added player values ​​to appear on the scoreboard. We also tried on a new card with some default settings.
