Buttons are positioned incorrectly in the player's hand after breaking them with Silk Touch and reloading the world

      Summary:
      When a button is broken with a Silk Touch tool and the world is reloaded while the button is still dropped on the ground, it becomes incorrectly positioned in the player's hand when picked up.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Enchant a tool with Silk Touch
      2. Place a button
      3. In Survival mode, mine the button using the Silk Touch tool but do not pick it up
      4. Reload the world
      5. Pick up the button
      6. Switch to third person front view

      Observed Results:
      The button is floating below the player's hand.

      Expected Results:
      The button should be in the player's hand.
