      Steps to reproduce

      1. Save & Quit from a world while looking toward a bunch of entities or tile entities (e.g. extended pistons). Have some of them be behind solid blocks.
      2. Close Minecraft
      3. Open Minecraft
      4. Open the world from step (1).

      Expected results

All visible things in the world would appear at the same time.

      Actual results

Entities and tile entities appear first, then block textures fade in after a few seconds.

      When I open a world.

      When I change dimensions(Nether,End,Overworld).

The first impression is that I'm at Y<0

This transition takes from 0,5 to 4 seconds.

      Online-Offline-LogIn-LogOut >> it doesn't matter.

70% of the times I get this screen(screenshot)

      NOTE:

      I didn't noticed this with previous versions(Release+Beta).
