Red mushroom breaks end portal frame

      If we place a red mushroom at the center and two blocks deeper of the end portal frame and if we bonemeal it, it will grow. Which will result the end portal frame to disappear. But it shouldn't be like that because end portal frame indestructible.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Build an end portal 2 blocks above the ground
      2. Place a red mushroom in the center of the end portal
      3. Grow the mushroom with bone meal

      Observed Results:
      The mushroom replaces the end portal frames.

      Expected Results:
      The mushroom should not replace the end portal frames.
