Problem with save file called "paras"

When I try to load the world comes error "the world is not fully synced or has been corrupted"

I have tried to fix problem 

• reinstalled the game 
• delete cache files
• delete xbox username 
• xbox hard reset
•   
• Is it possible to fix this important world?
