When it is raining on a multiplayer word, rain can be seen falling underwater.

To reproduce:

1. Join a multiplayer world (Xbox live)
2. Make sure your game mode is creative (that's what game mode I was in)
3. Set the weather to rainy
4. Go underwater, make sure that there is nothing above the water
