This bug, along with many others I have discovered, appeared after version 1.16.100 was implemented to (from what I can tell) Xbox One users.
In this bug, sleeping villagers can be slightly pushed by the player and they will NoClip through the wall and go flying to some random place. They will occasionally be spotted sleeping in the air outside, and if you try to punch them they won't take damage or move. If you sleep in the bed of a bugged villager, then they will reappear in front of you.
If you ring the bell in a village, all of the villagers will end up walking very slowly to a house, and the bell will end up moving and sounding in slow motion, too.
