I don't think that this bug is a popular one, but I have this double chest in my world and I recently realized (when I opened it) that it was a single chest. it has the single chest look and inventory space, then I thought it must've been deleted by mistake. i tried to add another chest to double it to make it how it was, but it turns out that its counterpart actually exists, but is invisible and separate. when I open it, it shows its contents but then the game crashes.
I don't know how long it's been like this because I haven't opened it much recently.

breaking and replacing it fixed the problem however, but it was still a bugged chest
