I cannot log in to my Microsoft account. It says it is logged into another PlayStation network when it’s a new account.

      I go to log in with a brand new microsoft account and it says my account it logged in to another PlayStation network yet it’s a new account. I’ve tried closing and opening Minecraft. I’ve turned on and off my PlayStation 4. Everything. Please help!!
