Unable to download from Microsoft Store. Error 0x803FB005

      Trying to download Minecraft 1.16.100 on a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro.  Unable to download.  Error Message 0x803FB005 keeps popping up and it errors out.

       

      Please provide an alternate download source.
