my friend and I cant join each others worlds no matter what and we play on ps4 we tried everything but it doesnt want to work it always says unable to connect to world

      my friend and I cant join each others worlds no matter what and we play on ps4 we tried everything but it doesnt want to work it always says unable to connect to world we also tried joining other peoples worlds but it doesnt work as well we can only play on servers like HIVE, mineplex and etc.
