So I log onto Minecraft one day and suddenly a renewal reminder pops up. I try to exit out of the reminder, And it does for about half a second then pop right back up again. I tried deleting the realm, nothing happened. I bought another realms plus subscription, nothing happened. Also I did not receive Realms plus maps and skins. This keeps happening and I cannot even play the game anymore. I tried logging in on my ipad, and everything was fine. So I have no idea whats going on. I have emailed Mojang support, no response for the last 3 weeks. I would really like to play minecraft again. And last time I submitted a bug report you marked it invalid. So i'm not getting my hopes up. And you guys are not getting anymore of my money unless you actually help me.
