When I try to place an Observer block facing up in different positions, it only gets stuck in one position (as seen in the image). I understand that you have to move your character to get the face facing where you want it, but for some reason it only has that position. I was in a realms when I first discovered this bug, so I went into a normal creative world and it still had the same issue. I was trying to make a elevator but I cant because it's essential that the observer blocks face the right way. I even tried this on my Nintendo switch to see if it was a Bedrock bug but it works perfectly fine, so it's a PlayStation bug.
