Can't play without Wifi

      In many of the previous versions, I could play on realms and servers without Wifi as long as I had "Use cellular data" turned on. With 1.16.100, I can't play without Wifi even with cellular data turned on. Makes it very frustrating to play with friends since my Wifi is terrible and I have unlimited data. Please fix!!
