A powered target block should turn off atached redstone torches. This only happens when powered by shooting it with an arrow.
Steps to Reproduce:
Put a target block.
Put a redstone torch on the target block.
Power the target block with a redstone signal.
Observed Results:
The redstone torch remains lit.
Expected Results:
The redstone torch should turn off.
Screenshots/Videos:

Target block powered with an arrow
Notes:
I found this bug recreating a redstone circuit from Java, where the block works as expected.
