After being promoted repeatedly to update the game, my boyfriend and I did so. After which, all multiplayer gaming stopped working for us. We still have access to our single-player world's, other games, and YouTube. But we can't play together or with friends. We receive the prompt that we "need to authenticate to Microsoft Services" even after logging in through the aka.ms remote connect portal.
