The component minecraft:fertilizer does not work. Also it's not even included in the documentation for 1.16.100's vanilla files.

How to Reproduce:

Create a item with the component minecraft:fertilizer and then add syntax known as "type" and add in a value, it allows bonemeal and rapid as values. Test it out in game and you'll find it doesn't work.
