I cant play or join any server or anyone of my friend because i cant play over data anymore it says i need to be over internet and i have the setting on to allow to play over data

      i was about to join one of my friend game and in the newest mobil update and it said i needed to be connected over wifi and i was traing to play over data WITH THE SETTING ON OF PLAY WITH DATA ON
