I went to play on Monday November 9th and something happened to my worlds. I went to play later in the day and they were all gone. So something happened on Monday and I could no longer access my worlds, something has happened and I don't know what it is. Please update my account with a backup of my worlds from Sunday November 8th if at all possible. I do not know why this error has occurred but I am very upset that this has happened and I hope the issue can be fixed. Is there a number I can call to see what exactly happened and discuss the problem in more detail?
