      Bug Description

       Unlike Java, cauldrons can't be filled with powder snow

      Steps to reproduce

       - Place a cauldron

       - Attempt to fill it with powder snow

      What was expected

       - The snow would fill the cauldron

      What happens

       - The player hand animation plays, but nothing happens
