Walking in light blocks has incorrect player movement. Its acting like I'm walking on ice. Currently don't know how to reproduce. I used a light level 15 light block against a tall wall.
      Steps to reproduce by Skaijie

      1. Place a line of any block
      2. Beside these blocks, place a line of Light Blocks. If the collision box of the block in step 1 is more than 1 block tall, the Light Blocks must be placed on top of these blocks.
      3. Walk on the blocks such that the player's bottom middle hitbox is on the side of the Light Blocks. For the blocks specified in step 2 the player simply has to walk.

      Observed Results:

      • The player's motion is slowed when colliding with the light blocks.

      Expected Results:

      • The player's motion would be the same as if the light blocks were not there.
