      Description

      Summary:
      When using bone meal on grass or nylium, the green particles appear in the block.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Use bone meal on grass or nylium
      2. Quickly break the block that was bone mealed

      Observed Results:
      The particles appear in the block.

      Expected Results:
      The particles should appear as they do in Java Edition.
