When using the music command, there's no way to play music for just one player, therefor it plays for the entire world, no matter the distance.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Get 2 or more players in a world
- Use the music command to play a music file
- The music will play for all players regardless of distance
Expected Behavior:
- The music command has a target option that allows the command to be used per player
Actual Behavior:
- The command plays music for all players with no way to play music for just one player
