Water stops flowing even when directed as shown in the attached. Basically anything that uses water to move mobs/items is broken. Blackstone is shown in the photo, but I've tried glass and stone as well.

Sometimes it can be fixed by flying to unloaded chunks then flying back (for every bucket placed).
