Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a Ghast chamber (A ghast is trapped using a minecart) and a snow golem keeps shooting snowball at the Ghast (Make a behavior pack is the easiest to make snow golem shoot snowball at Ghast)
2. Build a wall made of any kinds of blocks as the ghast shoot its fire ball out

Observed Results:
1. Ghast balls can fly through solid blocks if they are in the range of 14 blocks away from the Ghast.
2. After surpass 14 blocks limit, fireball explode like usual if it hits a block but no blocks are getting destroyed. Even blocks such as glass, dirt, concrete.
Expected Results:
1. Ghast fireball shouldn't fly through 14 solid blocks, the limit should get lower (5 blocks seems reasonable)
2. Blocks should be destroyed and drop 100% of its item. Such blocks like Concrete, Wood shouldn't withstand Ghast fire ball.
