After buying a skin pack on google play Minecraft android stopped working.

After the purchase skin pack, the game asked if it wanted to connect to the Microsoft account port and said yes(strange because I had connected before and played normally), so game not open anymore. I checked if the skin pack would be available on minecraft Xbox and it isn't.

Ilost my purchase? can't play online after that on Android? because now when trying to enter the microsoft account it crashes!

I Tried:

• Update the device's software (latest version so far is 8.0);
• Restart the device;
• Uninstall and reinstall the game;
• Clear cache memory and game data;
• Update Google playgames;
• No antivirus installed;
