After teleporting, when walking in a diagonal line, the game glitches causing me to lag/skip across the screen.

Also after teleporting, trying to jump up and over 1 block space there is an invisible barrier which also stops mobs from crossing or seeing me. 

After teleporting torches also become 2 dimensional and hanging vines become transparent.

Have reset the game, then tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the issue still persists after teleporting.
