Nintendo Switch
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Updated Minecraft to 1.16.40
2. Sign-in with Nintendo Online account and already associated Microsoft account
3. Friends list games do not appear in Friends list
Observed Results:
Attempting to add an existing friend shows that they are currently playing Minecraft. Game hosted on Switch can be accessed from other devices. List remains empty and message states "Your friends are not playing Minecraft right now"
Expected Results:
Expecting to see list of games joined/hosted by friends in Friends list.
Multiple accounts on a Nintendo Switch, all active with Nintendo Online, are unable to see any multiplayer games hosted or joined by friends. Invites sent to the Switch user do not apppear.
We have been able to join a game hosted on the Nintendo Switch from a PS4, Windows 10, and also an Android running on cell data, but the Switch cannot see games hosted by others at all.
This appears to be affecting both local hosted games and externally hosted games. I have also set up a bedrock server running on a Windows 10 computer, and have been able to successfully join that game from PS4 locally and Android on external network, as well as an Xbox One on an external network.
P.S. - The Switch had connected to a game on the first attempt, but after the Switch went into stand-by, multiplayer games were never listed under friends again. Servers under Servers tab can be accessed, but unfortunately the Switch version does not have an Add Server button to specify the Win10 computer and test that way.
