Minecraft crashes when I try to sign in with Microsoft account

      I open minecraft. Click sign-in. Tells me it is signing in with microsoft account, then immediately crashes. Happens on phone and 2 android tablets. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both minecraft and xboxlive on all devices. No change.
