In multiplayer, you can get softlocked in the character creator. I don't really know how to reproduce it, but if you just have 2-4 players and you just open the character creator and click on stuff, eventually you suddenly all your options disappear and you are stuck. For me, I have gotten out a few times when the options appear but in a different category. But sometimes it just sits around. It's never happened in singleplayer, but always in multiplayer. If you reach a screen where you see your character without the options and you can only zoom on your character and buy minecoins, you have been softlocked.
