      When typing alt codes with the number pad, the resulting character is incorrect sometimes

      How to reproduce

      1. Type ALT+22 anywhere other than bedrock minecraft
      → You get ▬
      2. Type ALT+22 in bedrock minecraft
      → You get ŵ
