Having the latest NVIDIA drivers and the latest RTX beta installed getting ~130FPS with RTX on and DLSS 2.0 activated when being in a specific area without moving too much. When "running" through the world I get short frame drops which makes the game stutter. Chunk render distance doesn't make a difference (see first picture). Under water when swimming this does not happen.

Deactivating Raytracing gives me constant 165 FPS (Monitors refresh rate)

Tried several things like deactivating GSync, VSync, etc.. when clipping the frame rate to 80FPS with Riva Tuner the dips do still have such an impact (second picture). Limiting to 60fps solves the stutter but limits my frame rate quite a bit.

Is this normal or should I expect to have more constant frame rates without stuttering? Potentially by changing settings?

Also tried without Afterburner or Riva Tuner running.

First picture shows drop without FPS limitation. Second shows limitation to 80fps. Third limitation to 60fps.

Feel free to ask for more information if needed. Searched the web and the bug tracker and couldn't find the same issue (if it is one).
