Not receiving crossplay for invites on Xbox1

      So I'm trying to play with one of my friends from PS4 and I am not receiving his game invites anywhere. He receives mine just fine but I do not receive his. I am on Xbox One and I have an Adult account if that is important. If anyone has had this problem or has a solution to this problem, please notify me
