      Ice spikes do not replace grass blocks with packed ice upon generation.

      Tested with all naturally spawning spike variants, using the Infinite world type. Seed: "PraiseHerobrine"
      This issue has been confirmed to affect 0.12.1 build 11 on Samsung Galaxy S4 (Android 5.0.1) by rplatham, seed "1745".
