I can't access Minecraft on my PS4

      I own a PS4 with the latest update of Minecraft Bedrock Edition. However, recently
      I haven't been able to play Minecraft. It gets stuck on the red Mojang screen
      and we have tried rebooting the console, but no success.

      I would greatly appreciate a solution to this because I have younger
      siblings that want to play.
