I had placed a long line of two-tall nether quartz blocks above gravel in a 2-tall high tunnel in the nether, and was aiming downward and mining the double-tall line of quartz while walking into it. I was able to reproduce twice this crash 3x in a row within seconds. Windows 10 platform. Version 1.16.40. No special graphics card (old laptop with intel graphics I think). Attached is all I could get of a screenshot, as I used the alt-tab to get a glimpse of the last frame, as the app would not screenshot itself or allow me to switch back to it.

Some additional pieces of information that might be helpful.

      • I was unable to reproduce in the same way on an Android tablet in the same world.
      • This was in a Realms Plus realm
      • My controller I was using was an XBox One controller connected via Bluetooth to my Windows 10 computer
      • The bluetooth stack seemed to be broken after the multiple crashes (reporting driver error, unable to re-pair). I had to reboot to repair bluetooth

      Good Luck!
