i have a problem to connect into the world of my friend on Ps4 minecraft(I'm a pc player of minecraft win 10 version )

when I try to connect with the world,  appears "unable to connect to the world" and the same message appears to her when she tries to connect to my world, I don't know what I have to do

I'm from Brazil
