When adding custom fog that starts closer, on windows 10 the fog 'cuts' in very abruptly rather than a smooth fade.
Expected Behavior:
- Fog fades in like on Xbox
- Terrain is visible through fog rather than just not rendering
Actual Behavior:
- Fog has a sharp 'cut in'
- Terrain doesn't render
