"Enchantment Cost" text in anvil is missing shadow and dark gray background when using Pocket UI

      Summary:
      The text shadow and dark gray background for the "Enchantment Cost" text in the anvil is not present when using Pocket UI.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Switch to Pocket UI
      2. Place an anvil
      3. Place an item in the anvil
      4. Edit the name of the item so that the "Enchantment Cost" text appears

      Observed Results:
      The "Enchantment Cost" text does not have a shadow and dark gray background.

      Expected Results:
      The "Enchantment Cost" text should have a shadow and dark gray background.
