The documentation for items isn't really up to par and there are several new components missing such as;

• minecraft:creative_category
• minecraft:allow_off_hand
• all of the pre 1.16.100 documentation
• and probably more I've yet to find

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Look at the items documentation

Expected Behavior:

• Documentation is more along the lines of the new Blocks documentation and all extra components are listed

Actual Behavior:

• Minimal documentation
