1. Steps to Reproduce:
   1. Open Minecraft Bedrock Ed. on Nintendo Switch
   2. Open a world in Realms with Education Edition features enabled, infinite world in Creative Mode, easy setting, cheats on
   3. Use 5 carbon and 8 hydrogen in Compound Creator to make latex; use 6 latex, 1 helium, 1 lead, 1 colored dye in Crafting Table to make balloon
   4. Place any fence post
   5. Attempt to Place balloon on fence post
2. Observed Results: Balloon string is attached directly to ground block. Balloon does not rise when fence post is mined. Balloon itself cannot be mined.
3. Expected Results: Balloon should attach to the fence post. Balloon should rise when fence post is mined. Balloon should be able to be mined.

Please help, I want my balloons to float up!
