Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any village in the world.
2. Observe for a few Minecraft days.
Observed Results: Villager breeding and Iron Golem spawning are non-stop, see attached screen shots. There are more villagers than beds.
Expected Results: The number of villagers should not exceed the beds.
