My daughters who love Minecraft and got me into it, begged me to buy City Life 2 World. I did and it keeps crashing for all of us (we have iphones). I tried multiple ways to fix it, restarting our phones, etc. Then I got online to research it. I found a LOT of internet links about this issue, mainly saying that everyone is having this problem with City Life 2, and that when they contact Minecraft about it, they are not able to get a refund for their purchase. This is very discouraging to read, seeing as though I have just become a Minecraft lover and my girls have been for a long time. Minecraft, please respond to this and give me a refund. I find it hard to understand why a company would ignore customer's requests for a refund for an application they created, own, and are aware is faulty. Your customers expect better than that. When you reply to this, please don't provide lip service with no follow through. I don't want to read that you'll be refunding me and then I never see the refund. I don't want to read that you are working on a fix, and then there is not a fix. This issue apparently dates back to May of this year with customers who are still not pleased and who are being robbed of their money. It does not bode well for Minecraft if this lack of customer service and unethical practices are true. With this communication, I'm giving you, Minecraft, a chance here to prove the rumors wrong and do right by your customers. I'll wait for your prompt response and my money back.
