When I die/go through end gateway, I spawn underneath my spawn point in a cave

When I die or go through an end gateway I spawn underneath my bed in a cave. I think the game thinks my spawn point is down there.

To re-create the bug you need to place your spawn point on the surface of a world above a cave.Then set your spawn and die or go through an end gateway. Please note that this happened on a multiplayer realm.
