      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place down a hyphae and stem block
      2. In Survival mode, mine the hyphae and stem blocks

      Observed Results:
      Hyphae is mined faster than stems.

      Expected Results:
      Hyphae should take as long as stems to mine.

      Notes:
      1.16.40 is not affected.
