With the new Caves and Cliffs terrain generation, custom biomes no longer generate

      Update: 1.18.0.20:

      • In the game files, some biomes now use multi-noise generation, while we can still override existing biomes, custom biomes still do not generate (overworld or nether)

      Update 1.19:

      • Some biomes such as regular caves, windswept/sparse jungle and part of the mesa now technically fall under the caves tag, making overriding these biomes very annoying, these should be their own biome files.

      Expected Behavior:

      • Custom biomes are fully supported, including Cave and Nether biomes, and the ability to overwrite the hidden biomes (default caves, sparse jungle, etc.)

      Actual Behavior:

      • Custom biome generation is no longer supported and some biomes are hidden

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Download and install the attached pack
      2. Create a new world with experimental features on and the behavior pack active
      3. Search for a biome made of deepslate, you won't be able to find it
      4. Enter the Nether and search for a biome made of stone, you also won't be able to find it
