Dear Minectaft support,

Few months ago I bought Minecraft for my son.
This is version for Android and his device is Huawei MediaPad T5.
Minecraft is installed on his device and in 1-2 first months everything was ok and he can login to Microsoft account.

Now he can't. When we try to login and tap button on left side application goes to close immidiately.

We tried:

• unninstall and install Minecraft again (from Google Play) - no success
• clear all cache and data Minecraft application - no success
• unninstall xbox application - no success

Please suuport us how to fix the problem and get back posiibility to login to Microsoft from Minecraft for Android.
