Achievements do not unlock when signed in with a Microsoft Account on Nintendo Switch.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Sign in with a Microsoft Account on a Nintendo Switch.
2. Do something in-game that would get you an achievement.
3. Check your Microsoft Account on the Xbox App or website.

Observed Results:
The achievement is not there.

Expected Results:
The achievement should be unlocked.

Notes:
In Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons, you can get achievements when signed in to a Microsoft Account. This might be related to MCLG-64.
