So i went on Minecraft and my launcher wasn't working so i fixed it with this [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jujTAj9zoLY]
so then I logged on Minecraft and everybody was a steve/alex skin and I mean EVERYBODY
I checked a couple servers and yep everybody's a steve/alex skin I think it had to do with the fix video I saw.
