      What I expected to happen was I already filed a complaint and i expected to be answered and i have not been answered only by a bot 

      What actually happened was EVERYTIME i press play on the Launcher and it keeps crashing I need HELP what should i do

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. i press play
      2. crashes everytime
      3.dont know what to do
